If Kerry had not made some big and scary changes in her 40's she wouldn't have her two gorgeous boys and her great work life balance. Ali had a massive loss at 40 and it was the driver for a huge life change and took her life in a completely different direction. She has grown and changed more since 40 than in her 20's and 30's. Find out more about how you can change and start to live the life you really want deep down.
